QUALITY CONTROL

Built for the products you pack.

Material selection, formed panels, seam construction and finished-container checks support packaging for edible oils, ghee, vanaspati and dry fruits.

Food-grade hygiene

Prime food-grade tinplate and inner lacquering help protect the contents from direct metal contact.

Product protection

Metal packaging provides a protective barrier. Product shelf life also depends on filling, closure and storage conditions.

Dimensional accuracy

Standard tin dimensions are 235 × 235 × 325 mm, with a dimensional tolerance of ±2 mm.

Rust-resistant

Tinplate and protective inner lacquer help resist corrosion and protect the packed product.

Air-pressure leak testing

Finished tins pass through our fully automatic air-pressure leak-testing line as part of quality control.

High-grade tin

TATA / JSW STD 01 Grade prime tinplate is used for the container body.
